Todd Miner Speaks at UCF Torts Class

Posted By Todd Miner Law || Mar 13, 2017

Last Wednesday, attorney Todd Miner spoke to some bright aspiring attorneys at a University of Central Florida Legal Studies Tort class. Active in his community, Todd frequently shares his knowledge with local pre-law students through lectures and other speaking engagements.

A tort is intentional or negligent conduct leading to civil legal liability. Tort law is a fundamental part of a lawyer’s education and is best learned when class work is complimented by anecdotes and real-life application of the law from established attorneys with in-depth experience in this area of the law. With more than 25 years of legal experience from both sides of the courtroom, Todd Miner is extremely knowledgeable in Florida tort law and is honored to have the opportunity to share his knowledge with up-and-coming lawyers.
