$1.4 Million for the family of a young man who was riding his motorcycle
on I-4 and was struck by a car and killed. The insurance company initially
claimed that this young man had been weaving in and out of traffic and

of the 911 calls and was able to show that there were other motorcyclists
in the same area who were actually the ones weaving through traffic.
