Girl Sues Disney for Accident

A young woman from Britain has sued Disney from the injuries she received while riding the Tower of Terror.

The accident occurred after a ride in 2005.  She had rode several times prior to the accident, and on the final ride she was severely injured.  The young girl’s heart stopped and she suffered a stroke.  The young girl was hospitalized for a long time, and now requires constant medical treatment.  The injuries sustained have  her with brain damage from the stroke.  She has also suffered limited mobility from the incident.

Disney closed the ride and conducted an investigation after the accident.  Disney found nothing wrong and reopened the Tower of Terror after the conclusion of the investigation.

The family has brought suit against Disney in Orlando.
